Heritage Court is a 15,000-square-foot mixed-use building located one block from the historic Georgetown Square. Modern office space sits above restaurant and retail tenants, creating an intimate commercial environment in the heart of downtown.
The building’s design, including its scaling and facades, has been featured in the Downtown Georgetown Design Guidelines as a model for compatible urban infill development. Heritage Court was fully leased upon completion and remains so today.

Lofts on Rock was Georgetown’s first downtown residential condominium project: A five-story mixed-use building constructed on just 0.16 acres, one block from the Georgetown Square and adjacent to the Georgetown Public Library.
The project demonstrated that high-quality urban living could work in a market that had never seen it.
Lofts on Rock was recognized by the City of Georgetown Main Street Program as instrumental in bringing new residential infill to the downtown core. All units sold.
Ascalon is now under construction.
